Sense & Sensibility, our second show of the 2020-2021 season has its cast! Director Heather Schultz announced the cast list following auditions on Aug. 9.

Congratulations to Hope Bailey, Damon Barnett, Randy Benge, Francesca DiFrancesco, AvaMarie Hedrick, Lynne Rouzer Hull, Mackenzie Joseph, Jeff Kemeter, Greg Kissner, Grace Koegler, Chris Metzger, Joci Scott and Natalie Tangeman.

A playful new adaptation of Jane Austen's beloved novel, Sense & Sensibility by Kate Hamill follows the fortunes (and misfortunes) of the Dashwood sisters – sensible Elinor and hypersensitive Marianne – after their father's sudden death leaves them financially destitute and socially vulnerable. Set in gossipy late 18th-century England, with a fresh female voice, the play is full of humor, emotional depth, and bold theatricality. Sense and Sensibility examines our reactions, both reasonable and ridiculous, to societal pressures. When reputation is everything, how do you follow your heart?

Sense & Sensibility is slated to open October 23 and run through November 8, with shows scheduled Fridays and Saturdays at 8 p.m, and Sundays at 2 p.m. Details about ticket availability will be determined and announced at a later date.
